Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. You will always receive an update if there is any delay.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
